On December 17th from 4pm to 9pm, there will be a presentation of the projects developed by 4th, 5th and 6th-year students from the ICT track, ORT Technical School, Belgrano campus (2845 Montañeses St.).Some of the works you will be able to see are related to video games, virtual reality, websites, mobile devices, and simulation.
The project “Eye Mouse – A Project for a Better Life Quality” will be exhibited. This project developed by Nicolás Amaro and Nicolás Ponieman won the 1st prize at “2008 Technological Innovation” contest organized by the Argentine-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
This project enables people with ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) -or those who have a handicap which doesn’t allow them to use the traditional mouse- to operate a computer with the movement of their eyes.
